Preparation of bar bending schedule, material reconciliation, daily progress report.
Execution of all civil works as per standard specification & construction drawings.
To lead & motivate a team of engineers & Supervisors for the execution of the project.
To liaising with Architect & structural engineer for smooth functioning of project.
To co ordinate with various service consultants like electrical, fire fighting, plumbing, HVAC etc.
Preparation of work orders, checking running & final bills of contractors.
