• Revising construction programs to include additional works and incorporate delays and extension of time.
• Preparing Schedule related documentation and attending meetings with client / consultant for successful claim for extension of time of 100 days in a 15 month project.

Develop, monitor and update schedules for company's construction and engineering projects in Krasnodar, Gelendzhik and Sochi cities

• Preparing detailed Method Statements, using value management principles, for executing Building & Civil Engineering Construction projects.
• Developing work breakdown structures (WBS) for upcoming projects, working closely with the estimating and proposals team to prepare bids.
• Creating and maintaining detailed project schedules based on the WBS, with task-definitions, dependencies between activities, deliverables and milestone dates explicitly identified.
