Review tender technical documents
Define list of activities and deliverables, coordinate activities in accordance with Project schedule
Identify technical queries, deviations and alternatives to be submitted
Assist proposal team with request for quotation for commercial purpose
Prepare material quantities(MTO)
Prepare construction man-hours and items, bulk and material cost estimations
Review Client’s technical documentation and requirements
Prepare documents for Preliminary and final technical submission
Maintain project technical files
Attend site walks and clarification meetings with client and subcontractor
