Civil Engineer

• The execution of Civil works (Formwork & Reinforcement)  andd architecture works (plasters, paintings, marble, ceramics and paintings) in accordace with specifications
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors.
• Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise.
• Ensuring all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.

Civil Engineer, mostly in marine and tunneling projects in the UK and Ireland.

• Design geometric road projects.
• Assist in traffic impact studies.
• Prepare budgets, bids, or contracts.

Duties & Responsibilities:

·         Plan, coordinate,budget and supervise construction project from development to completion.

·         Complete and manage all RFI’s, change orders, submittals, and etc. Ensure all project team members are fully informed of this information.

-Report to the Civil Engineer

-Work Closely with site team, to produce the expected outcome each day

-Advice and report progress to Planning Engineer to update site progress

-Oversee ongoing work progress

-Checking Technical Drawings and Design to ensure it is being followed on site

-Liaising with quantity surveyors about the ordering and negotiating the price of materials

-Ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to

-Manage multi-disciplinary team of Engineers who work in Design, Implementation & Procurement

-Make sure the Project meets the client requirements of quality, cost and time.

-Providing specialist direction on unusual or difficult engineering issues

-Carrying out site visits and surveys

-Monitoring and inspecting the work of sub-contractors and other third parties

-Ensuring that STC regs, Baladiyah & any other regulatory body sign off is achieved-Monitoring environmental protection measures & reporting of any hazards/incidents
