· Preparing schedule by creating WBS and codes, linking relationships, assigning resources and budget, updating progress.
· Preparing baseline, assigning baseline to the current project to compare the actuals
· Under supervision, be able to prepare mobilization schedules for manpower & equipment
· Preparing Cost flow analysis.
· Updating project schedule and making reports for client.
· Preparing weekly & monthly progress status report in relation with progress of work, design status, resources (man power & equipment)
· Under supervision, Conducting daily/weekly meetings with construction staff for analysing actual construction status and cost/resource optimization.
· Revise/update Baseline Schedule, specifications and procedures when applicable
· Monitor and prepare progress reports. These progress reports should submit to the project manager to analyse and forecast the Progress Status
