Daily tasks have included :
Generation of bespoke multi discipline Primavera P6 Reports as required, highlighting under performance in schedule and strategy.
Alerting management to issues that may hinder project completion. Developing customisedprogress reporting templates.
Gathering achieved values and transposing to database. Promoting consistency and maintaining communication with team members regarding status, delivery dates and potential risks (Utilising change management procedure and risk register).
Monitoring schedule baseline and performing variance analysis (Analysing float, % completed and milestones).
Maintaining consistency through well organised Work Breakdown Structure, resource management, accurate deliverables and objectives.
Ensuring that project critical paths are identified and mitigated. Identifying where resources can be switched between bulk and critical activities to maintain progress and productivity.
