- Develop projects integrated schedule using Primavera 6 to aid closer management of Egina project ($US16 billion) EPC packages.
- Monthly consolidation of package schedules using primavera 6 networked database to imonitor deviations and dentify interface issues.
- Liaise with Venture management, NAPIMS and NCDMB to monitor CFT process approvals and provide required project information.
- Preparation of project controls procedures. (Planning, reporting, progress measurement, WBS)
- Call for tender (CFT) progress measurement for drilling, field operations and main contracts packages.
- Monitoring cost progress with budget
- Consolidate and prepare all JV onshore projects reports (weekly, monthly, District, fait saillants, annual, close out) for timely distribution to management and stakeholders
- Progress Meetings to review project status and proffer corrective measures in the case of project slippage.
