- Develop projects integrated schedule using Primavera 6 to aid closer management of Egina project ($US16 billion) EPC packages.
- Monthly consolidation of package schedules using primavera 6 networked database to imonitor deviations and dentify interface issues.
- Liaise with Venture management, NAPIMS and NCDMB to monitor CFT process approvals and provide required project information.
- Preparation of project controls procedures.
