Areas of Responsibility: To set up a full Planning system within the organisation.
Role Responsibilities:
- Analysis of current planning systems and practices.
- Implementation of new planning software Primavera P6.
- Documenting full procedures on requirements of planning across the business.
Strategic weekly / monthly forecasting for man-hour requirements across multiple disciplines and projected completion revenue costs and other management reporting.
