Areas of Responsibility: Control the Planning on Major Projects.

Role Responsibilities:

• Assisting the Lead Planner in standardising systems across Fabricom during its growth.
• Utilising software Primavera P6 in developing Schedules from FEED studies, through to detailed design and construction for major offshore clients.
• Manpower resource scheduling in line with available manning levels.
• Project scheduling and reporting through using earned value analysis techniques.

Areas of Responsibility: Project / Manufacturing & Applications Planning, Logistics Engineering and Project Shipping.

Role Responsibilities:

• Overseeing tender plans and project planning to ensure that the requirements of the client are achieved.
• Overall planning management of the factory ensuring the factory runs at optimum capacity.
• Ensuring umbilicals are manufactured and tested in line with the client’s specifications and to ISO systems.

Areas of Responsibility: To set up a full Planning system within the organisation.

Role Responsibilities:

• Analysis of current planning systems and practices.
• Implementation of new planning software Primavera P6.
• Documenting full procedures on requirements of planning across the business.

Strategic weekly / monthly forecasting for man-hour requirements across multiple disciplines and projected completion revenue costs and other management reporting.

Areas of Responsibility: Setup and control the Planning function within the Technology department

Role Responsibilities:

• Implementation of Wellstream planning systems within the Technology department utilising software Primavera P5.
• Generation of Research and Development Projects for new pipe designs to enhance Wellstream’s future market strategy.

Reporting targets and results during the life of projects.

Sr. Planner/Scheduler

Develop schedules for FEED phase, and conduct schedule and cost risk analysis.
