• Establish project work breakdown structure (WBS) and cost breakdown structure (CBS).
• Ensure consistent and reliable scheduling across projects, utilizing a properly defined WBS, milestones, constraints and logic network.
• Support project teams to setup and execute the project controls according to the company standard, scope of works and client requirements.
• Support Project Managers, Estimators and Bid Leaders in all issue related to planning cost control, scheduling and forecasting.
• Setup EPC baseline resource loaded schedules in Primavera P6.
• Resource load schedules with budgeted hours, costs and generate planned progress curves.
• Maintain level 5 controlled execution schedules.
• Analyze critical paths and highlight issues before time.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders. Visit construction site in order to assist site planners in setting up and monitoring the progress.
• Prepare monthly contract status / project status reports (CSR / PSR).
• Assist Senior Commercial Manager in preparation of time impact analysis / delay analysis and prepare extension of time (EOT) claim schedules.
