Plannin and project controls engineer reponsible for :-

Create project master schedule (Baseline)

• Monitor and update baseline schedule and analyze delays

• Identify and monitor critical path activities

• Prepare and update S-Curve and progress plans

• Create and prepare project reports and presentations

• Cost Estimate, Forecast and Monitoring

• Generate cost monitoring reports and cost plan

• Generate cashflow using P6 and other techniques

Projects Controls & Planning for Offices and Residential developments:

• Establish project work breakdown structure (WBS) and cost breakdown structure (CBS).

• Ensure consistent and reliable scheduling across projects, utilizing a properly defined WBS, milestones, constraints and logic network.

• Support project teams to setup and execute the project controls according to the company standard, scope of works and client requirements.

• Support Project Managers, Estimators and Bid Leaders in all issue related to planning cost control, scheduling and forecasting.

• Setup EPC baseline resource loaded schedules in Primavera P6.

·         Created/Updated Project Schedules (Level 3 & 4) using Primavera 6/ MSP

·         Defined WBS and monitored the progress of the same at WBS Levels

·         Assisted in Preparing budget and Predicting Cash Flows

Analyze, monitor, and report on project cost and schedule information to assist project teams in managing projects by making more informed and timely decisions. Forecast costs for all project phases. Evaluate project invoices, documenting costs and analyzing impact relative to anticipated costs. Analyze, monitor, and report key pre-construction, and construction activities, including critical approval dates. Review contractor construction schedules for compliance and document variance in a written report.
