DUTIES:
- Responsible for the project planning.
- Building-up and updating of WBS and schedule. Weekly/Monthly plans discussed with the client.
- Dedicated planning for crithical activities.
- Manpower scheduling and monitoring.
- Coordination with the expediting department to ensure timely deliveries of materials for the site installations.
- Assistance to CM's, central financial planning department, claims manager.
- Various reporting.
