Project planning & control ( construction and equipments erection of the rolling mill).
- management of quantity surveyors and planners dedicated to the various disciplines.
- follow up of overall project schedule (P6).
- preparation of WBS detailed levels structure and implementation of controlling methodologies.
- progress and performance monitoring and reporting.
- review of engineering, procurement and site works status/plan with site superintendents and construction manager, in order to ensure short/medium terms schedule respect and assess potentially needed corrective actions.
- follow up of subcontractors adherence to overall schedule.
- assistance to site manager, construction manager, project manager.
