My role includes but not limited to project planning, contract study, preparation of different types of schedules, updating schedule & monitoring progress for slippage, identify & monitor project risks, prepare progress reports/dashboards/presentations, Delay analysis & EOT claims support, alert for possible variations, monitoring Sub's productivity, coordination with package managers, preparing BL cash flow, attend progress meetings, manage stakeholders requirements, ... etc.
Worked on 1.1 B USD "Bahrain International Airport - Modernization Programme" within the joint venture of Arabtec-Tav in Bahrain including new Passengers Terminal Building, Central Utility Complex, Land-side/Air-side infra, Car park building, Viaduct Bridge & all roads, Landscape & Envelope works.
