- Update Master Construction Schedule with actual progress data as project progresses.
- Prepare short-term schedules (2-weeks or 2-months look ahead schedule) based on the approved Master Construction Schedule and actual resource available ( manpower, material, equipments, drawings);
- Update progress report and daily work accomplishment;
- Update physical work accomplishment and work schedule;
- Prepare/Update Weekly & Monthly Man-hour Report;
- Prepare Work Method Statements and Job Safety Analysis/Risk Assessment;
- Prepare Request for Information (RFI) or Site Technical Query (STQ) for conflicting/vague details of plan for implementation
