.  Reporting weekly, monthly and update the schedule.

.  Identify constrains, delays, evaluation of impact, forecasting on the baseline schedule.

.  Monthly update of EPCM schedule, coordination of interactive planning session

. Mentor of other co works and coordinate the calculate of progress of all project

. Evaluate progress of subcontractor of structural steel erection, mechanical erection and piping.

. Evaluate the acceleration schedule to comply the client’s requirements.

. Perform 3 week look ahead, 90 days look ahead. Analysis of delays, forecasting.
