The responsibilities of this role included:

Develop Detailed Schedule Baseline for Engineering and Procurement Services
Reporting weekly, monthly and update the schedule
Identify constrains, delays, evaluation of impact, forecasting on the baseline schedule
Monthly update of EPCM schedule, coordination of interactive planning session
Mentor of other co works and coordinate the calculate of progress of all project
Evaluate progress of subcontractor of structural steel erection, mechanical erection and piping.
Evaluate the acceleration schedule to comply the client’s requirements.
Perform 3 week look ahead, 90 days look ahead.

Role: Project planning of two Under ground mines - Decline development and Shaft sinking.

Responsibilities: Project planning, scheduling, Reporting, Controling, recovery plans, coordination with contractors.

Projects executed:

Lead smelter - 1,00,000  TPA

Zinc Smelter - 2,10,000 TPA

2 Roaster projects  - 1,70, 000 TPA
