Accomplished:
• Established generic format of reporting correctly of progress from 5 piping contractor which approx 1000 km length of various type and size of pipe and equipment modification work
• Established planning phasing of works preparation to shut down and turnaround of existing facility for repair works by system to avoid complete stop of running refinery
• Established correct level 2 & 3 - reporting to stake holder
Complexity:
• Having works to quantify on modification and change of design details to capture into Primavera to show actual progress & deviation from baseline
• Update and re do links ,change sequence of works on task activities on project schedule to be align what actual performed on site and establish the correct critical path activities .
• Managing contractors work progress on mitigation slippage and re-phasing of works on site
