Civil Project Planner, Alhabtoor Leighton Group, North Gate Mall & Offices

-     Prepare of master, detailed plans, revised and short term programmes.

-     Prepare of resource and cost loaded planning schedules.

-     Produce resource histograms for manpower and material.

-     Produce daily & weekly KPI's.

-     Manage subcontractor’s schedule in line with the baseline/contract schedule.

-     Schedule weekly & monthly updates.

-     Progress monitoring and reports.

-     Provide actual progress status and forecast.

-     Assist for preparing delay analysis & extension of time.
