Responsibilities:
- Establish project planning structures about EPS, OBS, RBS, WBS project activity classifying codes etc.
- Collect necessary information which contains workflow, resource (Budget) plan, activities duration etc.
- Set up detail construction and commissioning baseline schedule to match contract requirements.
- Loading and leveling resource.
- Generate the S Curves and Resource histogram.
- Use CPM, EVM, S Curve techniques to follow up and analyze the schedule performance.
- Reschedule and update project schedules base on official change order.
- Draft and issue monthly planning report.
