• Establish project planning structures about EPS, OBS, RBS, WBS project activity classifying codes etc.
• Collect necessary information which contains workflow, resource (Budget) plan, activities duration etc.
• Set up detail construction and commissioning baseline schedule to match contract requirements.
• Loading and leveling resource.
• Generate the S Curves and Resource histogram.
• Use CPM, EVM, S Curve techniques to follow up and analyze the schedule performance.
