• Preparing detailed planning program using Primavera software ( P3 )• Monitoring the progress with respect to the baseline program.• Daily and Weekly Report Issue.• Preparation of manpower requirement for the project.• Project Productivity Monitoring, Reporting and Controlling.• Preparation of Monthly and Weekly report for Client and Internal Review.• Material delivery schedule preparation according to the requirement at site.• PRepare Monthly Incoive and Coordinate with Main Contractor till Approval.• Diligently liaised & coordinated with Consultant
