1. In charge of bidding documentation submission;

2. Review Project Execution Plan and Project Planning & Progress Control Procedure;

3. Review the Level 3 schedule for bidding projects, sometimes also need to prepare Level 4 or Level 5 schedule as Clients's requirements;

4. Review utilization plan for large equipment and facilities;

5. Review and check manpower histogram

6. Update the planning documentation when new clarification issued;
