 Develop & agree with the PM and Site Manager Scope build methodology & sequence

 Develop draft build programme (high level build sequence & methodology): Break scope of works down i.e.

systems / services and fit into WBS developed

 Ensure the programme considers the key “Pre-construction / Construction / Commissioning

 Analyse variances in schedule performance against the plan & communicate the reasons for the issuance of

variance & proposed mitigation plans to Project Management
