Directed all facets of capital project planning within refinery Hydropower division. Tracked and monitored ongoing project work plans to drive timely milestone achievement; verified regulatory permits, LOTO and procurement needs prior to scheduling phase. Allocated company assets across multiple concurrent projects to ensure optimal utilization of qualified personnel, resources, and equipment.
