Projects involve the construction of luxury villas, 5 Star Hotels, Marinas, low & high rise apartment buildings & offices & infrastructure in 5 countries throughout North Africa & the Middle East.

Revise and implement existing planning procedures and manuals.

Prepare tender and contract programmes with associated control documents, procurement and information required schedules prior to appointment of project teams.
