An EPC Contract of Accommodation Buildings (23 no.) and Gold Processing Plant. Gold Processing Plant comprising of 8 Leach Tanks 18m in diameter, Primary Crusher complete with mechanical and controls equipment, Structural Conveyors, Tailings Pond, Surge Bin, 2 Ball Mills, 1 Sag Mill and Gold room.
Establish Detailed Contract, Working and Look Ahead Programmes.
Prepare Progress Report S-Curve/Histogram/Gant Chart and developing Weekly, Monthly Progress Report, Recovery Plan and Look Ahead Programs.
Provide Materials Take-off (MTO).
Coordinate with Senior Planner and Site Managers in making working schedule.
Directly reporting to Structural and Mechanical Superintendent, giving detailed information and progress report of the actual received and outstanding structural items on site. Provides site inspection and supervision.
Establishing Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Piping and Electrical Progress Monitoring Update.
Directly reporting to the Project Manager and discuss project status issues.
Attend/hold Weekly Progress meeting. Give assessment/analysis on the previous production and target production.
