  1. Developing Time Schedules (Clause 14.1).
  2. Allocate, Monitor & Control Project Resources in order to achieve cost control
  3. Preparing Look Ahead Schedules and Monitoring Projects Progress through weekly& monthly report preparing.
  4. Time & Cost Claims Preparation due to any delay by Others
  5. Arrange Subcontractors for all trades coordinating with Contracts Department
  6. Following up all Technical data required for construction process (Workshop Drawings &Technical Submittals)
  7.  Following up Monthly Client Payment Certificates
