For the Liquid Sulfur Storage Tanks EPC contract with OCP in Morocco, I was responsible for the technical supervision of construction activities, including defining methods and writing method statements while managing a team of two technicians and assisting the Site Manager. I coordinated effectively between various stakeholders, including engineering, procurement, and construction teams, to ensure smooth project execution. I established the P6 baseline schedule for the project, which encompassed 4,000 activities, and performed monthly updates to the schedule. My role included measuring project progress, generating S-curves, and closely monitoring the project’s budget and cash flow. I maintained regular communication with the employer and its consultants’ planners and was responsible for preparing the monthly application for payment report. On-site, I supervised subcontractors handling civil works and thermal insulation, ensuring that all activities were completed to the required standards. I also prepared and managed various recurrent reports, including monthly and weekly updates, to keep all stakeholders informed of the project’s progress.
