For the Liquid Sulfur Storage Tanks EPC contract with OCP in Morocco, I was responsible for the technical supervision of construction activities, including defining methods and writing method statements while managing a team of two technicians and assisting the Site Manager. I coordinated effectively between various stakeholders, including engineering, procurement, and construction teams, to ensure smooth project execution. I established the P6 baseline schedule for the project, which encompassed 4,000 activities, and performed monthly updates to the schedule.
