• Drive program execution while ensuring that the program/project activities meet stakeholder requirements

• Negotiate and influence cross-functional teams to ensure appropriate resourcing levels are engaged and maintained throughout the course of the project life cycle

• Ensure effective change control procedures and processes are efficiently used to maintain control on scope, schedule and cost

• Drive and maintain project work plans, track and report on progress to stakeholders

• Facilitate and lead steering and functional leaders team meetings

• Pro-actively anticipate project risks and issues and ensure adequate mitigation plans

• Provide business case for technology deliverables and plans

• Facilitate and provide guidance in reviews designed to improve efficiency of processes, procedures and systems within the various support functions

• Drive product development initiatives from group

• Provide oversight to various technology programs and steering committee meetings

• Conduct employee performance assessment, knowledge management for team, job descriptions for key positions, training plans, new hire interviews, employee orientation, goal setting, promotion and raise evaluations/appraisals, development & communication of best practices, toolkits, methodologies & standards.
