Technical Manager Project Controls

• Technical Manager responsible for support of proposals development and support in planning/scheduling, estimating and progress reporting for Business Development in Houston Texas as well as International BD Support in Russia and Kazkakhstan. 
• Implement and train personnel in planning and scheduling utilizing Primavera 

• Drive program execution while ensuring that the program/project activities meet stakeholder requirements

• Negotiate and influence cross-functional teams to ensure appropriate resourcing levels are engaged and maintained throughout the course of the project life cycle
