· Managing Early Warnings and claims with respect to time and cost.
· Setting up Sustained management of dedicated control of progress profiles updated CAD files, Contractors look ahead programmes.
· Develop Master programme in Primavera P5 and P6 using EPS and WBS structure to meet project control criteria.
· Develop standardized reporting formats for labor usage S-curves, Earned Value (Work done), KPI’s, productive/ non-productive labor counts and risks.
· Review early warnings and compensation events for both cost and time mitigation
· Analyse self delivery and subcontractor performance. Write Contractual Letters.
· Present Critical path constraints and provide solutions to project client and contract directors.
