Job Description as Snr. Planning Engineer • Planning and scheduling using Primavera software (P3 or P6) including loading of resources and cost loading. Prepares and analyse critical path activities, preparation of work breakdown structure and organization breakdown structure. Preparation of Tender Program and Baseline Program for various projects. • Preparation of Weekly or Biweekly Progress Report, Dashboard, Progress Tracking Report and Look Ahead Program. • Weekly or biweekly updates of Baseline Program. Prepares delay analysis and makes proposal to recover the delays. • Prepares progress S-Curves, monitors actual VS early and late plan curve. • Prepares resources histogram (equipments and materials) and cash flow diagram. • Attends progress meetings, weekly planning coordination meeting, and internal meetings.
