EPCC project: Remineralization project (MARAFIQ) and Lagoon Project (JACOBS)

Used Software: PRIMAVERA P6, MS Project

Main Role:

Ø     Monitor the progress at sites, prepare and review statistical data and report progress

Ø     Preparation and update of detailed schedules using Primavera P6,

Ø     Preparation of progress measurement reports, S-Curves and Histograms,

Ø     Get involved in Technical concerns and propose action plan

Ø     Analysis of the critical activities and priorities,

Ø     Preparation of Daily, Weekly & Monthly Reports.

Ø     Monitor and follow up project costs & budget analysis

Set up reports for all important contractual and milestone dates
