Main Role:

Ø     Monitor the progress at sites, prepare and review statistical data and report progress

Ø     Preparation and update of detailed schedules using Primavera P6,

Coordinate with project team to develop the project work breakdown structure, schedule, time/resource estimates , weights, and baselines/s-curves

Do the necessary effort to close any issues with Customer regarding project planning & control

Assist in the different type of plans required by the department

Coordinate with project team to collect data regarding project progress and consolidate the report as per agreed formats with Customer

Coordination with project team and subcontractor to obtain subcontractors schedules in time

·          Prepared and maintained project specific programs for all current projects.

·          Prepared procurement and engineering programs to ensure timely placement of applicable PO's and engineering submittals.

Responsible for the whole schedule, budget, cost control.

Managing relevant personnel.

Periodic and ad hoc reporting, internally and externally.

1. Arrange a baseline review workshop with the client to ensure schedule developed is clearly understood and accept.

• Prepare Resource Histograms, KPIs,
• Generating Progress S-Curve,
• Identify critical path and critical activities,

• New Doha International Airport Infrastructure for Labour Camp -  47 Million Qatar Riyal (12.5 mil.

Supervise Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports production and submission to the client.Update and maintain the Contract Master Schedule and four weeks look ahead report.Issue and maintain the production rates report.Issue and update the material tracking system and the project schedule of submittals.Prepare and submit the Interim Monthly Statement.Prepare the project Budget, cash flow, resource , matrial and equipment histograms.Evaluate subcontractor schedules and align it with the contract master schedule.

Aug 2001 – Dec2006, Planning and Cost Control Engineer, Orascom Construction and Industries.

Project 1: Information and Technology (IT) Institute Buildings, Ministry of Telecommunication & IT, Egypt-Cairo.

Project 2: Office Building for Oracle Company, Ministry of Telecommunication & IT, Egypt-Cairo.

Each building comprised: six floors, hard scape, soft cape and roads.  Project area measured 40,000 m² and cost an estimated 350 million pounds.

During this project as

· Created the construction schedule of a multimillion dollar project by using Primavera software. (Primavera P6)

·Responsible for tracking the construction progress and making necessary warnings to prevent any delays which might affect the completion date of the project.

·Responsible for updating the schedule according to the construction progress and preparing weekly and monthly progress reports of the project for the management team.
