Cost and Field Engineer, Newco Builder and Development Corporation, Various Hospitals and roads constructions

-       Prepare contract, bid and construction documents for project proposals.

-       Report job related information to the clients. Reports would include monthly status report, weekly executive summary and others as required by the client.

-       Responsible for unit cost analysis and quantity take-off of construction works items, civil, structural, architectural and sanitary works.

-       Prepare and evaluate work progress.
