PLANNING ENGINEER, BIZVILLE PROJECT MANAGEMENT, De-Bottlenecking Project For Energia/Oando Ebendo Marginal Oilfield (Client: Exxon Mobil)

*Create new Schedule/Plan by importing Project Plan to Primavera & Ms Project 

*Create/Modify WBS and Add Activity in Primavera/Ms Project.

*Assign Labour, Non-Labour and Material Resources to Activities.

*Develop Project Schedule/Plan in Primavera & Ms Project.

*Analyse labour resources for resource over allocation.

*Update Project Status based on the organizational project control policy

*Track and monitor closely the critical activities and draw attention of team members and sub-contractors to them. 

*Display, analyse and interpret Earned Value Metric Table; Budget & Forecast 

*Develop and Analyse man-hour based S-curve and cost based S-curve in Ms Excel for growth, slippage and project duration forecast. 

*Develop and Prepare periodic schedule progress reports and look-ahead reports in Primavera, Ms Project & Excel
