As Project Controls Engineer / Project Controls Engineer, my job descriptions are the following:
● Provides comments and recommendations for planning, scheduling, and cost control requirements for the EPCC of the Marine Terminal Offshore Facilities - Downstream.
● Checks and reviews contractor’s interim progress certificates, direct payment requests to vendors, work change / variation orders.
● Evaluates and prepares slippage analysis to contractor’s Contract Execution Schedules and advice potential delays to Top Management on the First Oil Delivery date.
● Prepares Weekly and Monthly Cost Report to Owner.
● Review and recomennd for approval Contractor's Invoice Certificates.
Note:
I was sent to Paris in France for a duration of 1 month for the review, discussion until approval of the Planning package of Alcatel _CIT, the Contractor of the EPIC of SCADA and telecommunication systems. MBOD Project Blocks 3 & 7.
