Contract Planning progress review

As Project Controls Engineer / Project Controls Engineer,  my job descriptions are the following:

● Provides comments and recommendations for planning, scheduling, and cost control requirements for the EPCC of the Marine Terminal Offshore Facilities - Downstream.

● Checks and reviews contractor’s interim progress certificates, direct payment requests to vendors, work change / variation orders.

● Evaluates and prepares slippage analysis to contractor’s Contract Execution Schedules and advice potential delays to Top Management on the First Oil Delivery date.

Planning Manger for the Mivan-Kier Joint Venture in Romania.
Located in Bucharest and resposible for all planning and production control measures on both current projects and tenders.
Responsible for the recruitment, management and training of 2 local Planning engineers.
Oversaw planning control of Liberty Center Bucharest 1st mall to be built in Romania and open on time within budget.
Currently engaged in pre construction tender planning activities.
