Prior to the Gatwick Project Mace employed me to maintain the plan for the Enabling works for the Baggage Integrator at Heathrow Airport, Terminal 1.

  • Develop the existing programme framework, methodologies and logic where necessary for full integration with BAA, BAA IT and Baggage Integrator (Siemens) programmes.
  • Providing planning support for Project CBI Lead Planner, and Mace Production Leaders.
  • Updating the schedule and report internally on a weekly basis (client requirement).
  • Direct interface with MACE/Siemens/BAA IT Planning Staff and Construction Managers.
