Pre & Post Contract Commercial Management; comprising Contract Administration & Quantity Surveying, contract law, joint venture agreements, project planning and programming C.P.M.; monitoring design progress, identifying value engineering alternatives; Contract negotiation, conditions of contract, terms of contract, payment, insurance etc.; Defining scope of services, implementation, selecting, verifying and approving consultants / contractors / sub-contractors / suppliers; Preparing design reports, forecasts, budgets, estimates, cash flow, review trends and bills of quantities & Dispute resolution.
