· Provide the project time Schedule.
· Monitor and control the performance against the time schedule.
· Issue progress, Status reports, weekly and monthly reports.
· Direct and share management for Progress meetings.
· Monitor& control the changes against the baseline.
· Recommend Corrective actions and preventive actions.
· Provide Claims for Extension of time.
· Provide Recovery plans and update baseline with the approved changes.
· Provide Variation Orders.
· Prepare the Monthly Interim Payment Certificate.
· Follow material submittals required for the project according to the contract
documents.
· Follow the delivery of the approved materials to the site according to the
M.P.P (Material Procurement Plan).
