A five-star luxury tourist complex comprising the main hotel building, 112 Chalets Building, 19 units Clusters, 34 Villas, 6000 Lm of Retaining walls, Fitness Center, Treatment plant, Staff housing, Chalets Pool, 34 Swimming pools, providing all modern tourist facilities, including extensive external works, staff housing and landscaping, built on a site area of 102,000 sq. m. in the tourist resort of Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt. Total built area is 55,000 sq. m.

·   Provide the project time Schedule.

·   Monitor and control the performance against the time schedule.

·   Issue progress, Status reports, weekly and monthly reports.

·   Direct and share management for Progress meetings.

·   Monitor& control the changes against the baseline.

·   Recommend Corrective actions and preventive actions.
