Work stream Manager responsible for the successful delivery of the LNW Asset Maintenance framework directly reporting to the Contracts Manager. In this position I am the main point of contact for the day to day running of the contract and responsible for in summary:

  • Management of the whole framework life cycle, with 8 operational staff reporting direct to me.
  • Representing the LNW region at the monthly directors CVR meeting. Responsible for the operational support while reviewing the CVR with AMCO’s Senior QS.
  • Ensuring that the framework meets all performance KPI’s set out by Network Rail.
  • Carrying out regular safety audits on all work sites
