LNW Asset Maintenance Framework

Work stream Manager responsible for the successful delivery of the LNW Asset Maintenance framework directly reporting to the Contracts Manager. In this position I am the main point of contact for the day to day running of the contract and responsible for in summary:

• Management of the whole framework life cycle, with 8 operational staff reporting direct to me.
• Representing the LNW region at the monthly directors CVR meeting.

Senior Planner responsible for the management of 1 planner and directly reporting to the Framework Manager, giving support to the operational and commercial teams I am responsible for:

• Providing project planning and resource management support services which include weekly programme reviews with individual members of the operational / management team and the deployment of the 45 man Civils workforce
• Management of Design sub-contractor ensuring all designs are delivered within the programmed timescales
• Monitoring and reporting against the clients and intern
