  1. Plan & manage the resources ahead of time & monitoring the progress by network scheduling techniques Monitoring and control of man-hours on activity basis & Change orders with respect to contract
  2. Prepare, monitors & reviews work plans, programs and budgets
  3. Plans resources to achieve profit & productivity
  4. To generate cash flow and forecast reports of the project and compare with project budget
  5. Preparing & Segregation the Scope for Contractors, making comparative statements, analyzing & awarding contracts
  6. Preparation of test packs for hydrostatic and pneumatic test of piping & control of test pack flow

This new project of capacity 3300 MTPD was installed under supervision of FL Smith Denmark. The work included Fabrication of Preheater Tower, Cyclones & Ducts.
