Project : OMV Sawan Compression Station for ABB Italy.

The scope of Project was Fabrication of Steel Structure (500 Tons) for Sawan Compression Station.

Project Budget was 118 Million Rs. My role as Project Engineer includes the following responsibilities.

1. Plan & manage the resources ahead of time & monitoring the progress by network scheduling techniques Monitoring and control of man-hours on activity basis & Change orders with respect to contract
2. Prepare, monitors & reviews work plans, programs and budgets
3. Plans resources to achieve profit & productivity
4. To generate cash flow and forecast reports of the project and compare with project budget
5. Preparing & Segregation the Scope for Contractors, making comparative statements, analyzing & awarding contracts
