- Assisted in the development of the overall plan for the project including "project time schedule, high level cost estimate and Design, Engineering, Procurement & construction planning."
- Identification of the project risks for a design and construction stages and suggest the mitigation actions required, prepare the secondary schedule & fullback plan in coordination with the project parties plans "PMC, Contractor, Legal, & financial departments"
- Review the design guidelines & the terms of references (TOR) within the request for proposal from the consultant
